3. Pricing & Payments

VIP Trip Egypt reserves the right to adjust prices in case of sudden changes in government taxes, fuel prices, or entrance fees to historical sites.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than [7 days] before the tour date.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within [3 to 6 days] may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the tour or in case of a “No Show.”
5. Limitation of Liability
VIP Trip Egypt acts as an agent and tour organizer. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by third-party providers (Airlines, Hotels, etc.) or Force Majeure events (Weather, Road closures).
Travelers are responsible for their own travel documents (Passports, Visas) and personal travel insurance.
